From the Heart of Central Vermont I invite you to explore the soothing and relaxing treatments I offer.

Practicing in Vermont since 1998, I have had a cozy, inviting treatment space located at 65 South Main Street, Waterbury since 2001. On December 1, 2023 I will be at a new location : 46 South Main Street, Waterbury. You will find my treatment space will be as cozy as before. Working on children, adults, men, women, homemakers, professionals , I  offer pain relief as well as relaxation techniques.

A Vermont School of Professional Massage graduate, I use many modalities  which include Swedish-Medical massage, Myofascial Release, Reiki and Hot Stone Massage.

Nationally Certified by NCTMB in 1998, I have maintained my status by attending continuing education workshops.

I work by appointment Tuesday-Friday. Check out the Hours and Scheduling page. Click the booknow button to get to my online scheduling  where you can see my openings and book with a credit card. You may also pay in person by cash or check.
